31. Medzinárodného festivalu horských filmov Poprad 31 st International Festival of the Mountain Films, Poprad
Porota v zložení: Michael Dillon (Austrália), Aldo Audisio (Taliansko) a Daniel Burlac
(Rumunsko) si od 11. do 13. októbra 2023 prezrela 56 súťažných filmov z 15 krajín sveta. Porota rozhodla, že spomedzi súťažných filmov si ocenenie zaslúžia nasledujúce filmy:
The International Jury, composed of Michael Dillon (Australia), Aldo Audisio (Italy), and Daniel
Burlac (Romania), evaluated 56 competitive films from 15 countries from the 11th till 13th of
October. The Jury decided to award the below listed films:

Priamo nás vtiahne do boja o zdolanie najťažších ciest aj do snahy filmára tak dobre zachytiť akciu v tých najťažších podmienkach. Máme pocit, že sme priamo pri tom, zdieľame nebezpečenstvo aj bezstarostný spôsob, akým sa horolezci a filmári venujú svojim úlohám.
Draws us straight into both the battle to scale the hardest routes and the filmmaker’s quest to capture the action so well under the most difficult of conditions. We feel we are right there, sharing both the danger and the light hearted way the climbers and filmmakers go about their tasks.

A moving story of a tired journalist heading off to cover a story but in the process finding himself. A reaffirmation that in this crazy world climbing can be an instrument of peace.

Nádherne natočená pocta histórii Veľkého kaňonu a zobrazenie samotnej výzvy a dobre spracovanej osobnej histórie priateľov, vďaka ktorej bola táto cesta pre nich taká výnimočná.
A wonderfully filmed tribute to the history of the Grand Canyon, and portrayal of the challenge itself and the well crafted personal history of the companions that made this journey so special for them.
